About Keely

I’m a journalist with fingers in plenty of pies: I am a reporter, field producer, booker, editor, writer, and host. I specialize in covering the United States for international and local audiences.

At France 2, I was named the bureau’s first senior producer for producing visually compelling, dynamic sequences that advance our storytelling: whether that’s a climate story featuring a ride in an 10-wheeler across Canada’s arctic ice roads or knocking doors with Iowa campaign volunteers on an exceptionally cold afternoon preceding the 2024 caucuses.

My TV experience complements my freelance print work. I have been featured in publications such as POLITICO, Atlas Obscura, East of the River, and the Hill Rag. I owe my skills to local journalism, where I started at Syracuse University and CNYCentral.

In my free time, you’ll find me acting in community theater productions, practicing yoga, hiking, skiing, and showing the world to my daughter.
